The Station at East 54 project is a public – private partnership with the Town of Chapel Hill to redevelop a functionally obsolete fire station into a dynamic mixed-use development consisting of a state of the art fire station, a class-A office building, and a shared parking deck. The 50,000 square feet of office space is strategically located along the future Durham-Orange Light Rail Transit line and the NC-54 growth corridor of Chapel Hill, and will have floor to ceiling glass views of Finley Golf Course. Occupancy in late 2017.
